Single-Head Gantry Concrete Cutter with Rotary Table
(Double Stacks)
The upgraded single-head gantry concrete cutter with rotary table (gantry sawing machine) is designed to cut one concrete cake at a time. The dimensions of the concrete cake are 1.2m in length, 1.2m in width, and 1.2m in height, with a single cutting volume of 1.72m³. The mould bottom plate is equipped with a 90-degree rotation device, and a single cutting machine is used to complete the concrete cake cutting. It is used for cutting concrete cakes in 1.2m high square moulds (this machine is also suitable for 0.6m high moulds).
- Model: HDFMSQ-001C
- Dimensions: 4600×3100×3900mm
- Power: 11.8kW
- Flywheel diameter: 600mm
- Cutting speed: 10-12m³/h
Note: It can cut any size within 600mm; common widths (thicknesses) include 100mm, 120mm, 150mm, 200mm, 240mm, 300mm, 350mm, etc.
- Dual cutting capability: one saw completes both horizontal and vertical cuts, reducing investment costs.
- Easy size adjustment: fully PLC-controlled, input the required cutting dimensions (any size within 600mm), and the cutting task is completed automatically, making factory management easier.
- Precision and aesthetics: cutting size error is less than 1mm. The entire cutting process is controlled online by a computer (the concrete cake does not leave the bottom plate), ensuring high precision and a smooth, aesthetically pleasing surface.
- Labor-saving: one person can complete the cutting process.
- Easy saw blade replacement: saw blades can be changed in 1-2 minutes.
- Low cutting loss costs: the saw head cuts vertically downwards without negative pressure, reducing friction on the saw blade, making it more durable and saving production costs.
- Superior performance: it can cut semi-dry wet concrete cakes (0.5-2MPA) and hardened concrete cakes (3.5-5MPA).
- Multi-functional: it can cut non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) blocks, EPS concrete blocks, and lightweight aggregate blocks such as ceramist or perlite blocks.
