  • 50m³/day Lightweight Concrete Production Line (Simplified)

The 50m³/day lightweight concrete production line is equipped with core components including a foam generator, feeding and dosing system, belt conveyor, and a combined horizontal and vertical cutting machine. Designed for small-scale production, it features simple operation and is easy to master. It requires approximately 500 m² of floor space, which can be adjusted flexibly based on output needs.

The lightweight concrete production line can produce AAC blocks, self-insulating blocks, and other lightweight concrete products with high dimensional precision maintaining a tolerance of ±1mm. With a relatively low investment threshold, the system can be upgraded later by adding key equipment to meet increased production demands and reduce labor costs. Only 3 to 5 workers are needed to operate the entire system, delivering a daily output of up to 50 cubic meters.
