We provide lightweight concrete production machines for NAAC Blocks, as well as upgrade services for brick production lines.
Our brick production lines enable the manufacturing of NAAC blocks. Aerated bricks, also known as aerated concrete blocks, are a new type of lightweight, porous building material with excellent thermal insulation, heat insulation, and fire resistance properties. They are made from siliceous materials (cement, sand, fly ash, etc.) and calcareous materials (lime, gypsum, etc.) through processes such as mixing, pouring, foaming, and cutting.
