The concrete block production process uses cement as a binder and EPS particles as insulation material, with sand, fly ash, stone powder, industrial waste residues, and other materials as the main raw ingredients. A physical foaming agent acts as the aerating agent. During production, the liquid foaming agent is diluted at a ratio of 1:40 and converted into a white foam paste using a physical foam generator. This foam is then transported by an air pump to a horizontal mixer, where it is mixed with the raw materials. Our technology incorporates advanced methods authorized by Germany's Luca Industries International, enhancing concrete block production lines to meet various capacity requirements.
The key equipment for the concrete production line includes a raw material mixing and dosing station, concrete block moulds, a demoulding crane, horizontal and vertical cutting machines, and a concrete clamp lifting and stacking machine. Our foam concrete block production lines are available in small, medium, and large sizes, offering daily outputs from 100 to 1000 cubic meters and a power capacity ranging from 200 to 600kW. We provide customized project planning solutions tailored to the specific equipment requirements and raw material properties of our clients.

Expanded polystyrene (EPS) foamed concrete blocks, also known as self-insulating blocks or homogeneous self-insulating blocks, are used for walls in cold and severe cold regions. This product meets the Russian GOST 25485-2019 standard for lightweight EPS foam concrete blocks manufacturing.
