Non-Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Block Production Line
Lightweight NAAC blocks manufacturing
The non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) production process involves using cement as a binder, along with materials like sand, fly ash, stone powder, and industrial waste. Aluminum powder paste acts as the aerating agent, typically mixed with warm water at 40 degrees to form foam. Our technology, enhanced with techniques from Germany's Luca Industries, ensures that our NAAC production lines meet various capacity needs effectively. This process improves the efficiency and quality of non-autoclaved concrete blocks production, providing consistent results.
The main components of the non-autoclaved aerated concrete production line include the raw material mixing and dosing station, concrete block moulds, demoulding crane, horizontal and vertical cutting machines, and the concrete clamp lifting and stacking machine. We categorize our NAAC block production lines into small, medium, and large types, with a daily output ranging from 100 to 1000 cubic meters and a power capacityof 200-600kW. We specialize in providing project planning solutions based on clients' equipment requirements and raw material properties.
