The production process for ceramsite foam concrete wall panels involves using cement as a binder and ceramsite as the lightweight aggregate. The main raw materials include sand, fly ash, stone powder, industrial waste residues, and other essential ingredients. A physical foaming agent serves as the aerating agent. During production, the foaming agent is diluted at a ratio of 1:40 and transformed into a white paste foam using a physical foam generator. This foam is then transported by an air pump to a horizontal mixer, where it is mixed with the other raw materials. Our technology integrates advanced methods from Germany's Luca Industries International, enhancing lightweight foam concrete wall panels production lines to meet various capacity requirements.
The main components of the production line include the raw material mixing & dosing station, concrete block moulds, demoulding crane, tongue and groove milling machine, horizontal and vertical cutting machines, and the concrete clamp lifting and stacking machine. We categorize the foam concrete wall panel production line into small, medium, and large categories, with a daily output of 100-1000m³ and power capacity of 200-600kW.
