In the production of foam concrete wall panels, cement is used as a binder, combined with sand, fly ash, stone powder, industrial waste residues, and other materials as the primary raw ingredients. A physical foaming agent serves as the aerating agent. During the process, the liquid foaming agent is diluted at a 1:40 ratio and transformed into a white paste foam using a physical foam generator. This foam is then transported by an air pump to a horizontal mixer, where it is mixed with the other raw materials. Our technology integrates advanced methods licensed from Germany's Luca Industries International, optimizing foamed concrete wall panel production lines to accommodate various capacity requirements.
