Project outcomes: we designed and customized a complete set of equipment tailored to local building materials. The concrete products are lightweight, thermally insulating, and soundproof, which have broad application prospects in Cambodia. The small production line was installed and training completed within a month. The client was very satisfied with the high-quality products and our technical service.

Project outcomes: compared to other building material production equipment, CLC block equipment requires less investment, has a shorter construction period, and a quicker return on investment. Hengde's equipment is very popular in the Southeast Asian market. The client, originally from Hunan, China, has invested in a factory in Laos. They were very familiar with our equipment and technology through multiple engagements. After the factory was put into production, they were extremely satisfied with our service.

• Project: production of cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) blocks and wall panels
  Our company provided comprehensive and reliable information and advice for the non-autoclaved aerated concrete (NAAC) block project, and developed a suitable equipment investment and plant construction plan for the client.

Project outcome: installation and commissioning were completed within a month, with technical training completed in one week. During trial production, the output reached 200m³ per day, achieving the expected output after 15 days. The product quality met inspection standards, and the client was satisfied.

• Project: production of CLC lightweight concrete blocks using phosphogypsum
• Time: 1st April 2019
• Location: Fuquan, Guizhou, China
• Production output: 300m³ per day
• Operators: 10-12 person

Project outcome: The client introduced Hengde's German CLC wall material production equipment to consume local phosphogypsum waste material and produce lightweight blocks and wall panels. Installation and commissioning were completed within 45 days. After testing the activity and elemental composition of phosphogypsum, the product performance met the required standards. Production training completed within 10 days, achieving the planned output.
