Project outcome: After online consultation, the client from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, signed a purchase contract with Hengde for a NAAC block production line. During the project discussion, both sides reviewed key requirements, including the automatic feeding system, cutting specifications, and green body stacking process. Based on the client’s production goals and Southeast Asian market conditions, Hengde provided a localized plant investment plan covering production efficiency and local standard compliance. After on-site installation guidance, operator training, and after-sales support from Hengde’s technical team, the factory was successfully put into production.
Project outcome: The client is a local building materials group in Mongolia planning to invest in a lightweight wall material production project for lightweight blocks, partition wall panels, and self-insulating blocks. After visiting Hengde’s factory and reviewing local market demand and raw material conditions, the client selected a high-precision lightweight EPS block and wall panel production line.
The line uses automated control and high-precision cutting technology, allowing the client to switch flexibly among block, wall panel, and self-insulating block production according to product requirements. After manufacturing is completed, the equipment will be shipped to the client’s factory in Mongolia. Hengde will arrange on-site installation, commissioning, and operator training to help the client complete production line construction and prepare for operation.
Project outcome: For this comprehensive solid waste utilization building materials project in Ordos, Inner Mongolia, the client invested in a fully automatic NAAC block production line with a designed daily output of 300m³. The line is equipped with Hengde’s newly developed three-pass vertical cutting saw, which controls cutting accuracy within ±1mm and helps reduce cutting waste. The complete production line includes feeding, mixing, pouring, cutting, stacking, and other supporting equipment. It can use fly ash, coal gangue, and other solid waste materials, helping the client leverage local resources, reduce production costs, and improve production efficiency. Hengde also provided a customized plant solution, technical training, remote support, and after-sales service.
Project outcome: In March 2025, the equipment entered the final installation and commissioning stage and was officially put into production in early April 2025. The NAAC block production line uses local fly ash, mine tailings, and other solid waste resources to produce eco-friendly building materials. Designed as a multifunctional building material production line, it can produce lightweight blocks, self-insulating blocks, and partition wall panels. With automatic operation and a dual-mold cutting and clamping system, the line supports stable output, consistent product dimensions, and a clean finished appearance.

Project outcome: This project marks the successful production launch of Hengde’s second client in Kyrgyzstan. The NAAC block production line uses a new-generation fully automatic dual-mold rotary vertical cutting saw, which can cut 2–4 green bodies in one cycle and improve overall production capacity. Compared with traditional cutting methods, the high-precision automatic cutting machine reduces manual labor requirements and improves cutting efficiency, helping the client increase production volume within a shorter production cycle.
Project outcome: The client selected a square-mold block production line with an upgraded cutting process. The NAAC block production line started operation in September 2024 and supports daily production of 100–200m³. It uses an automatic CNC cutting machine to produce blocks with consistent dimensions, low dimensional deviation, and stable strength.
During a follow-up visit in November, Hengde’s technical team reviewed the production process, resolved operational issues, and optimized the workflow and production line configuration, helping improve the factory’s overall production efficiency.
Project outcomes: we designed and customized a complete set of equipment tailored to local building materials. The concrete products are lightweight, thermally insulating, and soundproof, which have broad application prospects in Cambodia. The small production line was installed and training completed within a month. The client was very satisfied with the high-quality products and our technical service.
Project outcomes: compared to other building material production equipment, CLC block equipment requires less investment, has a shorter construction period, and a quicker return on investment. Hengde's equipment is very popular in the Southeast Asian market. The client, originally from Hunan, China, has invested in a factory in Laos. They were very familiar with our equipment and technology through multiple engagements. After the factory was put into production, they were extremely satisfied with our service.
Project outcome: installation and commissioning were completed within a month, with technical training completed in one week. During trial production, the output reached 200m³ per day, achieving the expected output after 15 days. The product quality met inspection standards, and the client was satisfied.
Project outcome: The client introduced Hengde's German CLC wall material production equipment to consume local phosphogypsum waste material and produce lightweight blocks and wall panels. Installation and commissioning were completed within 45 days. After testing the activity and elemental composition of phosphogypsum, the product performance met the required standards. Production training completed within 10 days, achieving the planned output.
