Project outcome: The client in Hubei signed the project contract in July 2024. By the end of December 2024, the equipment had entered the final installation and commissioning stage, and the production line was officially put into operation in February 2025. Hengde provided end-to-end technical support, including plant planning, equipment installation, and production training.
This multifunctional integrated production line can produce various lightweight blocks and partition wall panels. With automated operation, a dual-mold cutting and clamping system, and a high-precision wall panel grooving machine, the line supports stable output, consistent product dimensions, and a neat finished appearance.

• Project: production of cellular lightweight concrete (CLC) wall panels
  The client aimed to introduce an environmentally friendly non-autoclaved lightweight wall panel production line. Therefore, we customized a production line with a daily output of 500m³ of wall panels for the client.

• Operators: 15 person

Project outcome: Using advanced German CLC technology, combined with domestic quality standards, we produced CLC lightweight wall panels with superior quality compared to traditional aerated wall panels. We provided comprehensive services, including on-site installation by professional staff, equipment commissioning, and technical training, ensuring smooth production start-up. The panels had uniform, fine pores, and the client was highly satisfied, planning to gradually increase equipment for greater production capacity.

Project outcome: our company provided the client with a German technology CLC wall panel production line, featuring multi-functionality and automated production. The client initially had basic knowledge of cement foaming technology. After combining it with our German technological processes and completing the training, they achieved the desired production capacity. The panels produced had precise dimensions, smooth surfaces, and uniform pores, meeting quality standards. Following the start-up of the production line, the equipment operated stably.
