Project outcome: After attending the Canton Fair, the client learned more about Hengde through an online search for CLC block equipment and then arranged a factory visit. Hengde’s technical team guided the visit and demonstrated the foam concrete block production equipment, focusing on its energy-saving design, production efficiency, and automated operation. Hengde also provided a detailed plant planning proposal and equipment investment list, covering the plant layout, equipment installation arrangements, and cost details. After equipment installation, operator training, and after-sales support, the client can now run production independently.

Project outcome: Ningxia has been actively promoting the resource utilization of solid waste, with several local production lines using fly ash and other industrial waste materials to produce lightweight, high-strength blocks. Under this market demand, Hengde’s lightweight block equipment supports product diversification and project transformation. One production system can manufacture standard blocks, self-insulating blocks, ceramsite blocks, prefabricated self-insulating wall panels, and other eco-friendly building materials, helping the client improve production flexibility while making better use of local industrial solid waste resources.

Project outcome: the client utilized the abundant stone cutting waste in the area to produce high-quality eco-friendly bricks by introducing Hengde's non-autoclaved foam concrete block production line. The project successfully transformed waste into valuable products and obtained relevant certifications from government authorities. The installation process was smooth, with the client expressing satisfaction with the after-sales service. The produced blocks passed quality tests and received inspection reports. The client has volunteered to serve as a demonstration site in Yunfu, Guangdong, for other potential clients.
