Turnkey Solutions for Lightweight Concrete Plant

Project outcome: The client’s original ceramsite block production line had low cutting efficiency and poor cutting performance, resulting in material waste, production losses, and frequent downtime. The old cutting machine also affected dimensional accuracy and reduced the product pass rate, forcing the client to crush and reuse many rejected products.
Hengde supplied a new high-precision ceramsite block cutting machine for the upgrade. The machine supports automated operation, flexible parameter adjustment, and high-precision cutting with an accuracy of ±1mm. It is compatible with both dry and wet cutting processes, helping the client reduce waste and improve production efficiency.

• Project: optimization of concrete wall panel production line by configurating specially-designed ceramsite foam concrete panel cutting system
  We thoroughly understood the client's production needs and market characteristics. Based on the client's specific requirements, we optimized and improved the equipment, creating a cost-effective investment plan for new plant construction and old plant renovation.

Project outcome: the client purchased high-precision cutting machines and related accessories from Hengde. Previously, the client faced significant material loss and inaccurate dimensions with equipment from another supplier. After replacing the old equipment with Hengde's high-precision CNC horizontal cutter, these issues were resolved, resulting in highly satisfactory cutting outcomes.

• Project: plant retrofitting by modifying autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) block production line into ceramsite foam concrete block production line
• Time: 18th June 2024
• Location: Ningbo, Zhejiang, China
• Production output: 200-300m³ per day

To help aerated block production facilities transition to more efficient and eco-friendly methods, for this project we implemented a solution that replaces traditional autoclaved aerated block production with ceramsite block manufacturing. By utilizing the existing production line and upgrading it with new cutting saws, packaging systems, and low-temperature air energy steam curing technology, the process becomes more cost-effective and less complex. Additionally, by adopting advanced techniques like the German LUCA block production process, the operation minimizes environmental impact, eliminating waste emissions and ensuring a greener production method without sacrificing efficiency.
